For projects over $1,000, a 25% deposit secures your appointment
Applies to confirmed appointments for projects over $1,000
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months after completion
Credit cards, debit cards, Bitcoin, cash, checks, and Square accepted
This contract applies to all projects with a total cost of $1,000.00 or more, including painting, handyman services, and home improvements.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your project and confirm your appointment. This deposit must be paid within 3 business days of signing the contract.
The remaining 75% balance is due upon completion of work before final walkthrough. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Bitcoin, cash, checks, and Square payments.
All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional charge.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Additional work not in the original estimate is charged at $75/hour labor rate.
